Sunny Lands PS Celebrates End of Term with Action-Packed Day at Forest Fitness NI
To mark the end of another fantastic school term, Sunny Lands Primary School students swapped their classrooms for the great outdoors with an unforgettable activity day at Forest Fitness NI in Carrickfergus.
Set in the heart of nature, Forest Fitness NI provided the perfect backdrop for a day full of adventure, team spirit, and laughter. Pupils from all year groups had the opportunity to take part in a wide range of outdoor challenges, including obstacle courses, woodland trails, and group games—all designed to encourage teamwork, resilience, and most importantly, fun!
The energy was high as children battled it out on our battle bus field with our laser tag system, competed in racing through our inflatable obstacle course, and worked together at Tug O War forest challenges. Staff members also got involved, cheering on students and even joining in on a few of the activities!
“It’s a brilliant way to wrap up the term,” said one teacher. “The children have worked so hard, and today they’ve had the chance to celebrate together, be active, and make some amazing memories.”
Forest Fitness NI, known for its emphasis on physical activity and outdoor learning, delivered a well-organized and engaging experience that left students smiling from start to finish.
